Tenant Satisfaction Survey

The Regulator for Social Housing have created a new system for assessing how effectively social housing structures are providing good quality homes and services. This involves a set of tenant satisfaction measures, which we have included in the survey.

In our most recent survey for 2025 (results collected in Jan 2026) 38% of tenants completed the survey.
