Tangram Complaints Policy

In line with the HOS Complaint Handling Code, the Tangram complaints group now produces an annual self-assessment. Paper copies are also available from the office.

Tangram also produces a report to provide tenant members with information on the complaints we have received, what they were about and what we did to resolve them.

Tangram Management Committee then provide a response to the Annual Complaints Performance and Service Improvement Report.

Tangram welcomes complaints from its members and encourages anyone who uses or is directly affected by our services to make a complaint where needed. The full policy can be found by following the button on the left. Please use the member form to log your complaint.
